VitaFocus

Do you lack focus? Are you becoming more forgetful? Do want to improve your mental performance? For those that require optimal mental function on a daily basis, we have created the perfect infusion for you.  Additionally, if you want to slow mental decline as you age, this infusion may be just what you are looking for.

B1 (Thiamine) is an essential component of the body's metabolic machinery.  It is crucial in the production of the myelin sheath that surrounds all neurons. Without this protective sheath, nerves ability to transmit signals become greatly impaired. Thiamine has been noted to improve overall brain health and thus sometimes called the "morale vitamin".

B2 (Riboflavin) has been found to ameliorate oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, neuroinflammation, and glutamate excitotoxicity; all of which take part in the pathogenesis of Parkinson Disease, migraine headache, and other neurological disorders

B3 (Niacin) is renowned for its cardiovascular benefits.  It is also known to improve mental function and repair damaged skin.

B5 (Dexpanthenol) reduces stress and anxiety.  It is theorized that it may help with autism, and ADHD.

B6 (Pyridoxine) is essential for the production of more than 100 different proteins including hemoglobin and neurotransmitters.  It also helps regulate energy use in the brain and deficiencies have been associated with dementia and cognitive decline.

B7 (Biotin) dependent enzymes located in the brain, heart, liver and kidney are involved in the metabolism of fatty acids, amino acids and the utilization of other B vitamins.

B12 (Hydroxy/Methyl/Cyanocobalamin) is required to make red blood cells, nerve fibers and DNA. Low levels of B12 are associated with impaired cognitive function and peripheral sensory defects.

Glutathione is the "Mother of All Antioxidants".  It is extremely active in the repair of daily cell damage.

L-Glycine helps maintain balance with the brain by acting to prevent over-excitation of neurons.  It also helps to calm the mind and thus can lead to better cognitive performance. After all, stress is the enemy of optimal mental performance.

Magnesium plays an active role in over 600 biochemical reactions in the body including muscle relaxation, nerve signal conduction and regulation of the metabolism of proteins, DNA, fatty acids and carbohydrates.  Magnesium also acts as the gatekeeper for NMDA receptors, which are involved in healthy brain development, memory and learning. It also prevents nerve cells from being overstimulated, which can lead to cell death and may cause brain damage.

Taurine is an amino acid with multiple benefits.  Some studies have shown improved mental function and reduced brain aging.
